Refund policy on Amazon.?

Hi. I bought a product of a user on Amazon and I would like to send it back. Before I bought, the user said they'd give refunds if the customer isn't happy with the product, which I'm really not. I went on Amazon and clicked on the user and it said they have not specified their refunds policy. What I want to know is do I send the package back and they then give me a refund, or they give me a refund and THEN I send the package. Or is that up to the user? Thanks.

• You can file a complaint but unless the user wants it back, there is nothing they can do, you can however sell it..
