if i spend £39.48 on amazon is the normal postage free or do I have to pay ?

It depends on where you sending it to, what delivery option you want (what do you mean by "normal"?), and how much the package weighs. More info would be a big help in answering this question accurately.
It should say so when you click the button for "More Details". If it doesn't say it then you will probably get the postage free.
