What is a good PTC site?

OK so recently i heard about these PTC sites and was wondering which is a good PTC site. There this site called richPTC and they pay $1 for every add, is this legit or a scam? what are some good ones.

$1 for every add is most likely a scam.
I have experience with ptc sites for a year and a half.
When choosing a ptc make sure it has a low pay out so you don't waste to much time with it.

• any site that pays more than 1 cent for every click is a scam but that doesn't mean every site that pays 1cent is legit either. i used richPTC and bux.to and when i cashed out they banned my account. so dint use these sites the only site that is legit and pays you under a minute is http://www.neobux.com/?r=Farakh
  the good thing about this site is you can buy refuels that will click for you and you can make money quicker and they pay you in a minute to paypal or alertpay.
