Who is the UK CEO of Brantano?

I'm trying to find the name and email details of the UK CEO of the shoe chain Brantano.... I want to make a complaint, and go straight to the top dog (as it were) but can only find details online of the Belguim HQ.
Anyone know?

I checked out the directors etc but the CEO works in Belgium but some of these might help.
