Which company provides Geocoding, Distance calculation, co-ordinates, POI,for logistics, fleet management?

I need a webservice with good coverage and accuracy and want to develop a solution which need distance between two cities, locations etc. Must be good for logistics, fleet tracking, gps as well.

For Geocoding accuracy and distance calculation its sounds like you need a web service ( webservices ). The best known company for this is ViaMichelin, I have used them in the past and very accurate with good coverage
