You are a trainee manager and you have been placed in the groceries online department; the same department that you were working in, as a team leader. You are running the department today as the regular department manager is off sick. Each online shopper has a target time they have to get around the store to pick all of the items on their lists. A colleague's target is 40 minutes; however, they have taken one hour and twenty minutes to complete their activity.
